and development of oral expression in 3-year-old children. I believe that during this initial stage it is essential as it is the basis for strengthening the development and learning of the individual. Likewise, through oral expression in 3-year-old children, they express their thoughts, concerns, motivations, interests, emotions and needs from communicative exchanges with a context; For this, it is important to be able to recognize these strategies that teachers use to promote the development of oral expression. In addition, this research intends as a general objective to analyze the teaching strategies for the development of oral expression in three-year-old children in a Public Educational Institution of San Miguel. Similarly, there are two specific objectives; On the one hand, to characterize the development of oral expression in 3-year-old children and, on the other hand, to describe the teaching strategies for the development of oral expression. Likewise, the research has a qualitative approach and as a technique for collecting information is the interview and its semistructured interview guide instrument, as well after the analysis of the information based on the authors and the teachers' responses with the triangulation technique. Faced with the development of oral expression, teachers show knowledge, however, the stages are limited. Regarding teaching strategies, there is evidence of greater mastery and the application of a range of oral expression opportunities.
