The organic native potato project was executed by the NGO “Agrónomos y Veterinarios Sin Fronteras”, from September 2017 to August 2019, with the objective of increase economic income, generate employment and develop the capacities of 150 producers of organic native potatoes. The training and technical assistance allowed to strengthen the productive, business and organizational capacities, achieving greater security in the implementation in the productive unit and in the cooperative, facilitating the achievement of the project objectives. In addition, the methodology used, the technical mastery and the new topics addressed as cooperativism and soft skills contributed them. Environmental issues prevented a greater production and productivity, generating that the increase income is less than expected by users. The objective of the research was known the factors that influenced the implementation of the project of organic native potatoes in the districts of Pazos and Huaribamba, Province of Tayacaja - Huancavelica, during the years 2017 - 2019, analyzing the activities developed, participation, needs and expectations of organic native potato producers, as well as the strategies that let them to achieve their proposed objectives to outline recommendations to improve that allow to promote economic and social inclusion between high Andeans rural families. Through this investigation, it has been possible to determine that one of the contributions of the project was provide inputs to the organic store rather than giving them away. It was succeeding because it is allowing to rotate and guarantee the existence in warehouse of the quality inputs necessaries for the production of organic native potatoes, it is up to the cooperative to guarantee their sustainability. The research is a case study and qualitative methods have been used, such as the semi-structured interview to analyze the information.
