Adinelsa is a state-owned company under private law, attached to the Energy and Mines sector and has more than a quarter century of experience, dedicated to sustainably managing electrical service and renewable energies, such as Home Photovoltaic Systems (HPVS). The objective of this business consulting was to identify the central problem through an exhaustive review of the organization and subsequently provide a solution. Through internal analysis, it was determined that the main problem that Adinelsa is experiencing is associated with the deficiency in document management with a criticality value of 0.60. To solve it, considering its causes, four alternatives were selected (Digitization of documents from the archiving process; training on updates to legal and regulatory devices in document management; implementation of archival procedures; and evaluation of the performance and measurement of the Model of Document Management), which were defined and detailed in a proposed plan. An investment budget of S/ 348,273.00 was determined to be necessary for the implementation of the solution, which will be assumed by the company. The economic viability of the implementation of the proposed plan was identified by obtaining a NP of S/ 50,842.99, an IRR of 10%, a benefit/cost indicator greater than 1, particularly 1.15. Similarly, the scenario analysis was carried out and it was obtained that, under the positive, current or pessimistic scenarios, the implementation of the solution continues to be economically viable for Adinelsa.
