This thesis aims to implement an occupational clinic, it will be called ServiSalud. The differential value of this is to provide support to the contracting companies as well as to the users of said service, which will be reflected through the monitoring and correction of the observations resulting from occupational medical examinations. Different shortcomings have been detected in terms of the monitoring of occupational health by the third parties in charge of this service, which is why with this work it is proposed to provide a solution aimed at monitoring, attention and correction of health observations arising during occupational health examinations, the same that are the cause of various conditions of the working population (PEA). On the other hand, companies by not monitoring and correcting the results of these occupational examinations are exposed to possible legal and economic contingencies, which could have an impact on their annual profits, and most importantly, on perception by their stakeholders. This business proposal has a relevant digital component since it proposes the use of a mobile platform, as well as a website that are flexible, versatile, friendly and agile, which will significantly help to optimize the times and processes of attention to end users as well as to have a timely follow-up of the EMO process by the contracting companies, thus reducing unnecessary flows within the company that help them to be more efficient. It is important to highlight that ServiSalud seeks to stand out and be an innovative proposal in the Peruvian market, so it is of interest to the group to investigate in depth all the edges, as well as to concretize this proposal, make it successful, viable and exponential to eventually develop it in other markets in Latin America.
