Language is a code shared by human beings that allows us to transmit ideas, feelings and desires, reflects collective thought and culture and influences thought. The objective of this case study is to design and apply an assessment and intervention plan to meet the comprehension and expression needs of a 5-year-5-month old girl with difficulties in the phonetic-phonological, morphosyntactic, and lexical-semantic components of language. The hybrid intervention model is followed, linguistic stimuli were used to respond to the girl and model the linguistic forms, achieving oral expression with coherent sentence structures, using a vocabulary according to her age and understandable pronunciation, favoring interaction with her peers and adults in your family and school. The results show an increase in expressive and comprehensive vocabulary referred to the programmed categories, achievements in following simple instructions of the structure 1 action + 3 elements, in the elaboration of simple sentences of the type S+V+FP “with“, as well as the reduction of processes of phonological simplification of the structure of the syllable and the word in relation to the omission of the phoneme /n/ in syllabic coda. It is concluded that the applied intervention plan allows the girl to demonstrate the achievements in the components addressed, improving interaction with people in her family, school or local environment.
