According to Casas (2020) poverty and inequality are attributes which are closely linked; since the existence of poverty is a factor of the existence of inequality. In Peru low-income people have fewer possibilities of overcoming the poverty gaps, since they do not have inequality of opportunities. This becomes more tragic in the case of women living in poverty or extreme poverty with children under three years of age; since, having the family burden, the few job opportunities that she could obtain to generate income are subtracted. This situation generates two big problems: First, the children of the mothers will not have access to quality education, decent health services and a balanced diet; and, the mother will not be able to develop personally or meet her own goals, generating personal frustration. Based on the above, this thesis proposes to increase the formal job offer by creating a company that can be installed in an area close to the mothers' homes; whose job profiles have operational activities that do not require further instruction; and that provides facilities for the care of their minor children. For this reason, the creation of the company Paykuna, a Quechua word used to refer to women in the third person, is being considered; which has as its core business the breeding, transformation and commercialization of guinea pigs in various presentations (whole guinea pig, chopped guinea pig, breaded guinea pig and seasoned guinea pig), in the district of Pucusana - Lima. Additionally, the proposal is aligned with Human Development Goals (SDGs) 8 and 10 since it impacts the generation of formal employment for mothers in poverty and increases income and access to health services. Finally, in order to define the business model, differents hypotheses have been formulated which result in the desirability of the presentations; with an approximate demand of 4,621,231 people in Metropolitan Lima. Likewise, at the feasibility level, an IRR of 68.17%, WACC of 10.878% has been identified; a net present value (FCE) of S/3'023,738.3; and a current value (FCF) of S/3'052,732.4. On the other hand, the result of the project shows a social NPV of S/ 3.3 MM equivalent to USD 885,635, therefore it can be determined that there is a market to position the company and that the impact on society is significant.
