Estrategias pedagógicas para motivar el aprendizaje de los niños de 4 años de una I.E pública de Lima

Abstract

La presente investigación desarrolla el tema de las estrategias pedagógicas para motivar el aprendizaje de los niños de 4 años, por lo tanto, se plantea el siguiente problema de investigación: ¿Cuáles son las estrategias pedagógicas utilizadas por las maestras para motivar el aprendizaje de los niños de 4 años de una I.E. pública de Lima? De esta manera, se establecieron los siguientes objetivos describir las creencias de las maestras sobre las estrategias pedagógicas para motivar el aprendizaje de los niños e identificar las estrategias pedagógicas utilizadas por las mismas para motivar el aprendizaje de los niños. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo, se utiliza la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada y la guía de entrevista como instrumento. Respecto a los resultados se logró identificar las creencias de las maestras sobre las estrategias pedagógicas para motivar el aprendizaje y se identificaron cuáles son las más empleadas por las mismas. También, se evidenció que las estrategias pedagógicas cumplen un rol importante para motivar el aprendizaje de los niños.

The present research develops the topic of pedagogical strategies to motivate the learning of 4 year old children, therefore, the following research problem is posed: What are the pedagogical strategies used by teachers to motivate children's learning? 4 years of an I.E. public of Lima? In this way, the following objectives were established: to describe the teachers' beliefs about pedagogical strategies to motivate children's learning and to identify the pedagogical strategies used by them to motivate children's learning. This research has a qualitative approach, the semi-structured interview technique and the interview guide are used as an instrument. Regarding the results, it was possible to identify the teachers' beliefs about the pedagogical strategies to motivate learning and to identify which ones were most used by them. Also, it was evident that pedagogical strategies play an important role in motivating children's learning.
