Nowadays, the world is in a whirlwind of technology automatization without thinking about the damage to society and the planet. Therefore, this thesis identifies a problem that is both simple and complex at the same time due to the short period of use of articles for babies, specifically co-sleeping, will probably end up being waste. This is how the benefits of the circular economy are adopted in order to give a better treatment and / or purpose to the elements that are manufactured and used, as well as the responsible use of resources. This project applies the design thinking methodology, achieving empathy with the user through surveys and unstructured interviews, which allowed the identification of their needs and the construction of an innovative value proposition called Eco-lecho 4Rent. It offers rental service of two models of co-sleeping during four months and sessions related to baby care. It should be noted that there is no company in the Peruvian market that provides services similar to the one proposed, much less that is aligned with the purpose of preserving the planet. During the process, the desirability, feasibility and viability of the business model were validated through surveys, interviews, photographs and videos of the integral solution. Regarding desirability, hypotheses of rent and payment arrangement according to the co-sleeping model were validated. In feasibility, the marketing and operations plan was prepared, as well as a financial analysis. The customer’s acquisition cost (CAC) and the customer lifetime value (VTVC), results in a ratio greater than 2: 1 and an efficiency level of 55.16%. In viability, the initial investment of S/ 150,000.00 and the forecasted cash flows were analyzed, measuring the profitability (TIR) and the net present value (VAN) of the project, considering a five-year horizon. Finally, with a social net present value (VANS) of USD $ 414,142, representing 46.6% of the financial VAN, being a profitable, financially viable and sustainable project.
