The low level of economic compensation for organic farmers in the agricultural supply chain limits their productive capacity and quality of life, as well as that of their families. An important factor contributing to this problem is the large number of intermediaries, which reduces bargaining power and benefits for farmers. To address this situation, the lean startup methodology was used to understand the needs of organic farmers and logistic operators, including specialized organic product stores. The result was the creation of an application called AGROCONECTA, which provides quick and easy access to organic agricultural products and allows users to identify the origin and benefiting communities. The application also reduces the participation of intermediaries in the marketing process, generating greater economic benefits for organic farmers. An investment analysis was conducted and the project was found to be viable with a return rate of 111.4%. In addition, the usability and desirability of the AGROCONECTA application were validated, and it was found that customers are looking for safe, quality products delivered to their doorstep. This business proposal has a social relevance of 69% and is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8 and 12, Decent Work and Economic Growth, and Responsible Production and Consumption, generating a social NPV of $1,017,729.
