This document details the creative process through which we identify a relevant social problem, in order to develop a proposal for a solution convertible to a business model to meet Sustainable Development Goal No. 4; This is motivated by the visibility and appearance of cognitive development problems and disorders in school-age children, which became more evident with the closure of schools and the unplanned imposition of remote education in schools, as a result of the Immobilization measures by COVID-19. Lazos, is a web platform that will allow parents of school-age children to access the provision of multidisciplinary professional services specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of learning and other related problems, in their homes, promoting a change in the traditional model of service provision and saving families the cost of transportation and time for moving to more than one specialized center. The solution planted for some reason in a user validation process, where positive results were obtained that confirm the hypotheses. The first indicates that 68.2% of the target audience (parents) prefers the change of model in the provision of services at home and is satisfied with the savings in time and transportation; the second indicates that 57.14% of professionals would be willing to join this change in the business model in the provision of the service and to pay a commission that will be charged for each session. Simulations were carried out to determine the profit in relation to the cost of marketing for the acquisition of clients and the result was S/ 100.92 for each sol invested. Likewise, the financial viability was validated through simulation based on five different scenarios, from which it was estimated that 90% of the simulated NPV exceeds the expected NPV. Finally, it concludes that Lazos is a sustainable and scalable business model that responds directly to SDG 4, with a social relevance index of 50%, and that generates a NPV of S/ 3,868,207, and IRR of 134%, and Social VAN of S/ 98,057,379, through an initial investment of S/ 271,238.
