The actual research work presents a feasibly applicable solution proposal for the Laive company after having identified the following problem in said organization: Loss of market share. This problem is obtained, first of all, from an internal and external analysis of the organization through different methodologies which will be detailed in later chapters. On the other hand, the solution proposal consists on the creation of a new product area and the development of a new product line, both complementary. This in order to improve communication between areas involved in the implementation of the plan; and increase the competitive advantage of the company respectively. The solution proposal will be carried out thanks to the hiring of internal company personnel as well as experts in Scrum methodology. Likewise, an implementation plan divided into four phases is explained in the present document: First, there is the search for suppliers, followed by a filter and a primary development; in third place is the solution proposal itself and the use of the Scrum methodology. Finally, go through an evaluation and feedback process to complete the implementation plan. Moreover, the investment to be requested means a disbursement of 1.5 million soles, taking into account that the company's own personnel are being used mostly and the advantages of the proposed solution represent a greater benefit for the company in the long term. Finally, the benefit expected will directly affect the company in the mode of market recovery or income generation; and indirectly for the personnel in charge of the same implementation of the new area since this implies the creation of innovative products with the possibility of having a great impact on the population, also would be obtained an economic IRR of 105% and economic NPV of S/. 12, 566, 498.35; on the other hand, a financial IRR of 82% and financial NPV of S/. 19, 553, 857.78.
