Compresores del Perú S.A.C. is a company dedicated to the commercialization of compressors, superheating parts and multi-brand services with more than 15 years in the Peruvian market. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the company maintained its operations without the need to suspend the activities of its personnel, because the main activity of the company is to serve the mining industry, which allowed it to maintain a sustained level of growth. However, the owners are concerned about the number of minor claims, due to the outsourcing of processes that prevented the control in each phase of the process and the quality of the finished product. It is for this reason that Business Consulting proposes to develop a proposal to improve the problems identified: failure to meet delivery deadlines, lack of an automated integrated management system, shortage of suppliers, inadequate management of imports, low stock of products and lack of procurement planning. The objective of the thesis was to identify, analyze and propose improvements to make the company's growth sustainable according to the goals and objectives of Compresores del Perú S.A.C., which were validated according to the primary information of each operational area through the application of different instruments and tools of business management on which a simulation model was proposed.
