This present Business Consulting has been carried out for ATLANTIC CITY, a Peruvian company with more than 28 years in the market. It belongs to the entertainment sector related to casinos and games of chance. Since 2019, it began its expansion in the digital market to diversify the business niche, integrating the physical and digital worlds. An analysis has been carried out of the key problem that the company presents regarding the attrition of employees due to the constant changes during the development of the new digital casino, in an area in which factors such as the global pandemic, acceleration of the business strategy, and lack of profiles in the management of the development of digital platforms in the entertainment sector converge; the main cause being the lack of support in the digital transformation process for employees. Therefore, the solution of supporting employees in the digital transformation process is presented, through a Change Management methodology according to the needs of the company. This solution is based on the 8 steps of John Kotter. In this way, we aim to ensure that employees are informed and understand the change process, accompanied by their leaders and ambassadors of the process with activities that allow the sustainability of the business in the cultural transformation, in addition to achieving the strategic objectives set and monitoring their impact through relevant indicators. We conclude that change is inevitable in organizations; it is the role of leaders and the Human Resources area to accompany employees in the change management process, which requires constant monitoring and a high learning capacity to redefine strategies in a timely manner.
