The pop up store format allows digital entrepreneurs to test a direct sales channel, communicating the essence of their business while establishing a closer relationship with their customers. However, what happens if - in the current COVID-19 pandemic and its new variants - direct treatment and in-store experience is limited? Does the new reality impact the way business communication is perceived? Therefore, the research topic addresses the perception of the corporate brand image of the digital entrepreneurship Pietà through its pop-up store in Jockey Plaza in people between 20 and 30 years old, the segment that makes more purchases online (GfK Opinion, cited in Gestión, 2018). The methodological design comprises eight semi-structured interviews with the primary study object and one semi-structured interview with the CEO of the brand, Thomas Jacob. Subsequently, the perceptions of the participants were contrasted with the formulation of the general manager's brand; It was concluded that the perceived image of Pietà from its pop up store was favorable. Finally, the development of the research opens a discussion about the nature of the pop up store in Jockey Plaza. In other words, whether or not it is a pop up store. To reflect on the matter, in-depth interviews were conducted with an expert in the field of retail - who exposes that the format has lost substance - and an actor who defends the condition of the pop up of Pietà, the commercial director of the Jockey Plaza.
