Lima society, since the confinement due to the COVID-19 pandemic, values running as a sport that provides physical and mental well-being, and even as a preventive measure to strengthen its immune system against possible contagion; However, they do not necessarily have the tools available to practice it healthily. Currently, most of the commercial proposals that a runner can find in the market focus, on the one hand, only on training plans or, on the other, running clubs where their members jointly practice this sport. Despite this, the runner does not have a centralized tool where he can cover all the needs that the practice of the sport of running implies. In this context, the RUNAPP business proposal will provide all runners with a comprehensive service and personalized professional advice throughout the process of practicing sport and focused on meeting their needs, whether an experienced athlete or person who wants to start practicing it, guaranteeing a preventive approach that allows to avoid, Contrary to what is expected, that the athlete affects his health (injuries, tears, etc.). Indeed, RUNAPP is a platform that will allow the runner to find products or services, such as training plans, nutritional plans, physiotherapy, sports accessories, events, among others, that fit their needs since they will have an accompaniment (advice) that will allow them to identify which are the best based on their goals and physical condition. The value of this business proposal will generate social impact, related to the SDG “Health and Well-being“ because, on the one hand, it seeks to encourage the practice of a sport that promotes well-being because, for example, it reduces the criticality of cardiovascular diseases and improves mental health; and, on the other, to generate sustainability in practice, taking care of the health of the athlete. Indeed, the importance of generating incentives in people who practice this sport is highlighted, since many of the potential runners abandon the practice, a few months after starting, due to injuries or limited accessibility to the required services. On the other hand, running is an exercise that generates well-being as long as it is practiced with due advice, improving the health levels of our population. Likewise, a projected Social NPV of S / 11,004,498.43 is guaranteed, achieving an impact on the projected NPV of S /. 3,307,731.75, and an IRR that will be 122.87% after five years, which supports the economic and social viability of the solution. Finally, its implementation and continuous improvement is recommended for the acquisition and loyalty to new customers, exposing the product in our country and extending it to South America.
