The objective of this research was to analyze the experiences of the directors in their management of the organizational climate in private schools of a religious congregation. In order to carry out the research, the topic of management in educational organizations was developed from the current regulatory framework, its importance, as well as aspects that directors consider when managing an organization, placing emphasis on teamwork, trust, ethics of care. , communication and empathy. In the same way, the management of the organizational climate, characteristics, importance of aspects that favor it such as motivation, organizational learning, leadership, recognition, participation and interpersonal relationships were developed. The study approach is qualitative and the inquiry method is visual narrative, through the drawings made by the directors, the aim is to engage in reflection and analysis of their experiences on the topic. For this, five directors who have been in the position for more than four years participated, three of them national and one foreign. As a result, it was found that the management of the organizational climate has as its core component the development of the person that covers topics related to their profession that are complemented by training and transcendence aspects, likewise, promoting interpersonal relationships based on respect contributes to a participatory management where the importance of each person in their role for achieving the proposed goals is validated. In this way, a link is generated between organizational and personal interests that encourage a commitment to achieving the purpose of the institution. Rumors and misinformation are aspects that reduce trust and stress members of the educational community. Finally, managing the climate allows us to strengthen the identity of the members of the organization with the culture of the institution.
