The objective of this work is to provide an alternative to the lack of water faced by real estate companies that wish to develop projects on the Peruvian coast, face. The lack of water resources has a direct impact on the speed of sales of their real estate projects. The proposed alternative will be a comprehensive business model that will consist of the procurement and installation of the desalination plant that, through a reverse osmosis process, will extract the water resource through an underground well, which captures the brackish water and transforms it into drinking water, using sustainable energy from photovoltaic panels. The business model will not only give to the company profit benefits, also will reach a social impact, the social NPV will be S / 9,747,042.55, reducing the power consumption from the conventional grid, likewise the cost per m3 of water extracted from the seawater desalination plant will be S / 2.17, what is 71.46% lower in comparison to the public network and 85.53% lower in relation to the water supply through tanker trucks. So, our alternative will be the most economic in the sector to the futures owners and this model will support to the fulfillment of three Sustainable Development Goals such as: SDG 6 clear water and sanitation, SDG 7 Affordable and clean energy and SDG 13 Climate action, in order to build a better future for society. Finally, as consequence of the financial analysis done of income and expenses made for 10 years, the results obtained are economic NPV S/ 8,687,171, and financial NPV S/ 8,036,912.68, an economic IRR of 71.8% higher than the WACC which is 10% and the financial IRR of 89.5% higher to the COK which is 12%, and the return of investment would be on the second operation year, proving that this business model is a desirable, feasible and viable project.
