The business model proposed in this paper seeks to provide a solution to one of the most relevant social problems that exist today, which is the lack of attention due to anxiety disorders. Suffering from this type of disorder is common in people who have a sophisticated lifestyle (see definition in the second chapter), who are in a constant search for development, improve their situation at a professional and personal level and to be successful, which makes them prone to anxiety. Within the framework of the above, the following was proposed as an ideal solution to this problem: to create a mobile application through which virtual reality therapies are offered to attend to cases of anxiety, which we have named “Harmony”. To develop the architecture of Harmony, many functionalities were obtained from five product patents in which artificial intelligence was used to treat mental health conditions (such as anxiety). Once the business model was defined, various hypotheses were formulated, which were validated through two experiments: on the one hand, interviews in which the participants interacted with the mobile application prototype designed in MarvelApp, and the viewing of a video where appreciates a user's interaction with virtual reality environments. On the other hand, 150 people were surveyed to find out their willingness to download the mobile application and pay the membership to enjoy the full service. In both cases, the results were very satisfactory. As for the expected profitability with Harmony, from an initial investment of S / 833,145.27, it is calculated to generate a NPV of S / 6'541,647.47, and an IRR of 159% at a discount rate of 17.21%, at the end of a five-year period. Once the calculations have been made based on the evidence collected, it is concluded that the project is economically viable. Finally, it is important to note that the structure of Harmony's business model has been designed to contribute to sustainable development; being that, due to its digital nature and because it is focused on mental health treatment, it complies with Sustainable Development Goals 3 and 8. Likewise, it has been determined that Harmony allows generating a social VAN of S / 10'460,422.28; with a value of social relevance of 159.91%.
