The present document has the objective to propose an electronic administration platform for the usage of oncologic drugs in the Daniel Alcides Carrión national Hospital, in the port region of Callao (Peru). The reason of this document has it cause in the control reports of the Supervision Institutional Office of the same hospital, they explain coordination problems between the national health authorities as the National Minister of Health and the Regional Direction Office of Health. Problem added to the wrong data register about the patients with cancer, which has as a result an incorrect supply of oncologic drugs for the people who receive medical attention in the hospital. The innovation proposal stablishes a coordination system among the institutional actors of the Daniel Alcides Carrión hospital, supported on the communication and information technologies as a tool for the decision processes inside a digital platform that permits; the usage of updateable shared information besides the data crossing in order to help the visualization of situational diagnoses. All of this to reach the main objective in the supply chain of oncologic drugs which is to improve the processes and result management, translated in an efficient demand satisfaction to the hospital’s patients.
