The pandemic triggered a prolonged social confinement, causing serious repercussions in several business sectors, including entertainment. Many companies in this sector are currently in the process of reactivation, devoting significant resources to mass dissemination strategies to recover the losses suffered during the pandemic. According to the Peruvian Association of Authors and Composers (APDAYC, 2021), the entertainment sector in Peru registered losses of 41% in 2020, mainly due to the lack of face-to-face and mass concerts. This project focuses on highlighting the strategic process carried out by the agency IdMedia for the dissemination and ticket sales campaign of Karol G's concert in Peru. The main objective was to sell out ticket sales for the scheduled dates. The methodology used was based on a rigorous strategic approach that prioritized the analysis of the target audience. In addition, we had the support of the artist's marketing team, providing a base communication plan that established the guidelines for the communication strategy in Peru. As a result, an impact was achieved on social networks that reached a total of 15,600,417 users, with a 99% conversion rate in ticket purchases. This level of interaction was 120% higher than other events promoted by the same brand. The Bizarro Entertainment brand obtained an outstanding diffusion of the concert, resulting in massive ticket sales. The study shows IdMedia's effectiveness in developing advertising campaigns, reaching a wide audience and increasing ticket sales.
