Propuesta de una aplicación móvil usando la metodología Mobile-D en el control de diabetes tipo 2 en un hospital de la ciudad de Trujillo, 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación se aplicó con el objetivo de proponer una aplicación en el control de la diabetes tipo 2 en un hospital de la ciudad de Trujillo en el año 2021. Se utilizó el tipo de investigación propositiva y se contó con una muestra de 40 pacientes diabéticos y como instrumento de recolección de dato se utilizó el cuestionario. Para la variable fáctica Control de diabetes tipo 2 se tomaron las dimensiones Actividad Física y Cuidado Dietético. Para la variable propositiva Aplicación móvil se tomaron los ejes propositivos Fiabilidad y Mantenibilidad y para la variable temática Metodología Mobile-D se tomaron los ejes temáticos Fases y Elementos. Los resultados conseguidos evidenciaron que existían deficiencias en el control de diabetes tipo 2 por parte de los pacientes ya que le dedicaban poco tiempo a realizar actividad física a la semana y su consumo de carbohidratos y grasas era elevado. Con todo lo mencionado se concluye que la aplicación móvil propuesta en esta investigación cuenta con funcionalidades que ayudará a los pacientes a corregir las deficiencias encontradas en la manera en que controlan su enfermedad.

The present research study was applied with the objective of proposing an application in the control of type 2 diabetes in a hospital in the city of Trujillo in the year 2021. The type of propositional research was used and a sample of 40 diabetic patients and the questionnaire was used as a data collection instrument. For the factual variable Type 2 diabetes control, the Physical Activity and Diet Care dimensions were taken. For the propositional variable Mobile Application, the propositional axes Reliability and Maintainability were taken and for the thematic variable Mobile-D Methodology the thematic axes Phases and Elements were taken. The results obtained showed that there were deficiencies in the control of type 2 diabetes on the part of the patients since they dedicated little time to physical activity per week and their consumption of carbohydrates and fats was high. With all the aforementioned, it is concluded that the mobile application proposed in this research has functionalities that will help patients to correct the deficiencies found in the way they control their disease.
