Factores de la evasión tributaria de las Mypes en el distrito de Pacasmayo - 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación busca determinar cuáles son los factores socioeconómicos de la evasión tributaria en las MYPES en el Distrito de Pacasmayo. Se utilizó como instrumento, un cuestionario dirigido a los representantes de las empresas, con el cual se obtendrá la información necesaria para demostrar la hipótesis de investigación. Se presenta una población de 358 microempresas en la ciudad de Pacasmayo, de las cuales se obtuvo una muestra de 83 microempresas, aplicando la fórmula de muestreo estadístico. El tipo de investigación empleado es Aplicada - Descriptivo, busca precisar características importantes de cualquier fenómeno que se estudie, en este caso cuales son los factores socioeconómicos de la evasión tributaria de la MYPES en el distrito de Pacasmayo, asimismo se procedió a revisar cada una de las variables, con la finalidad de analizarlas y obtener conclusiones pertinentes. Finalmente, los resultados de la investigación demuestran que los factores socioeconómicos de la evasión tributaria en las Mypes en el distrito de Pacasmayo son: falta de conciencia tributaria, complejidad del sistema tributario e incumplimiento por parte de los contribuyentes; de tipo social, económico y cultural.

The present investigation seeks to determine what are the socioeconomic factors of the tax evasion of the MYPES in the Pacasmayo District. A questionnaire addressed to company representatives was used as an instrument, with which the necessary information will be obtained to demonstrate the research hypothesis. A population of 358 microenterprises in the city of Pacasmayo is presented, from which a sample of 83 microenterprises was obtained, applying the statistical sampling formula. The type of research used is Applied - Descriptive, it seeks to specify important characteristics of any phenomenon that is studied, in this case what are the socioeconomic factors of the tax evasion of the MYPES in the Pacasmayo district, we also proceeded to review each of the variables, in order to analyze them and draw conclusions. Finally, the results of the investigation show that the socioeconomic factors of tax evasion in the Mypes in the Pacasmayo district are: lack of tax awareness, complexity of the tax system and non-compliance by taxpayers, inside social, economic and culture factors.
