ABSTRACT The present research objective is to analyze the factors that influence the purchase making decisions of the millennial generation in the district of Trujillo, 2016. Taking into account that every day we make decisions concerning many aspects of our lives‟, we must learn to be accurate in what this decision-making process involves. In order for a person to make a decision, there must be a selection of available alternatives, plus there are a number of factors that have to be taken into account that influence our purchase decision. However, not all decision-making situations provide the same amount of information. If all consumer buying decisions required a great deal of effort, the process would become exhausting .Perhaps there would be no time for other activities. On the other hand if all purchases were routine, then they would tend to be boring with no pleasure. The methodology used was based on finding he factors that influence the decisions made by the millennial generation. The survey technique was descriptive, the design was non-experimental cross-sectional, because the data was observed and described as they appear in reality, without any modification or alteration. The survey consisted of 96 millennia‟s, who participated directly in the research work. The results showed that of the 96 people surveyed, 39% made their own home buying purchases based on design and quality even the price does not consider it so relevant, since they have the budget for it, and rather represents a need that improves their status and their well-being.
