Mejora del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, según la Ley 29783 en la empresa Cranesdc S.A.C.

Abstract

Toda empresa de diferentes rubros está en la obligación de contar con el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo; con la finalidad de ofrecer buenas condiciones laborales a los trabajadores, de esta manera mejorar la calidad de vida, y promoviendo la competitividad de los empleadores en el mercado. El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como objetivo principal mejorar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, según la Ley N° 29783, para mejorar la competitividad de la empresa Cranesdc S.A.C dedicada al rubro de transporte de carga para la compañía minera Antamina. A continuación se mencionan los 5 capítulos desarrollados en el presente trabajo: En el Capítulo I Introducción: Se describe el antecedente de la empresa, determinación del problema de la investigación, objetivos, justificación y limitaciones del rubro de transporte con la finalidad de mejorar su sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. En el capítulo II Marco teórico: Se describe los antecedentes de la investigación haciendo revisión de 3 tesinas que sirve de soporte al presente trabajo, bases teóricas y el glosario de términos básicos incluye el aspecto legal de la Ley N° 29783, Ley de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. En el Capítulo III Descripción de la experiencia: Se describe el diagnostico situacional, determinación de la propuesta de solución y planificación del proyecto de mejora mediante el diagnostico actual del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de la empresa. En el Capítulo IV Resultados: El desarrollo y evaluación de la mejora se muestra con la realización de las actividades y el costo de mejora del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, para incrementar la competitividad en la empresa Cranesdc S.A.C. En el Capítulo V Conclusiones y Recomendaciones: al final del trabajo se menciona de manera breve los resultados del objetivo general del presente trabajo realizado.

Every company of different sectors is obliged to have the occupational health and safety management system; in order to offer good working conditions to workers, thus improving the quality of life, and promoting the competitiveness of employers in the market. The main objective of this professional sufficiency work is to improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, according to Law No. 29783, to improve the competitiveness of the company Cranesdc SAC dedicated to the area of cargo transportation for the mining company Antamina. The 5 chapters developed in this work are mentioned below: In Chapter I Introduction: The background of the company, determination of the research problem, objectives, justification and limitations of the transport sector is described in order to improve its occupational health and safety system. In chapter II Theoretical framework: The background of the research is described by reviewing 3 theses that serve as support to this work, theoretical bases and the glossary of basic terms includes the legal aspect of Law No. 29783, Security Law and health at work. In Chapter III Description of the experience: The situational diagnosis, determination of the proposed solution and planning of the improvement project are described through the current diagnosis of the company's occupational health and safety management system. In Chapter IV Results: The development and evaluation of the improvement is shown with the performance of the activities and the cost of improving the occupational health and safety management system, to increase competitiveness in the company Cranesdc S.A.C. In Chapter V Conclusions and Recommendations: at the end of the work, the results of the general objective of the present work carried out are briefly mentioned.
