Propuesta de una residencia universitaria para estudiantes foráneos de UPN basado en criterios de iluminación natural pasiva en Trujillo 2020

Abstract

La siguiente investigación se realizó con el objetivo de diseñar una Residencia universitaria para estudiantes foráneos de la Universidad Privada Del Norte, ya que no hay ninguna residencia universitaria en Trujillo propiamente dicha que cumpla con todos los parámetros y criterios necesarios de edificación y se sabe que hay un crecimiento de alumnos que no son de la ciudad y con mucha más razón se hace evidente la falta de vivienda cerca que de este centro educativo-universitario, por eso el objetivo principal es determinar de qué manera influyen las estrategias de iluminación natural pasiva aplicados en espacios de alojamiento y servicios complementarios de una residencia. Por lo mismo se investigó más a fondo cuales son las estrategias de iluminación natural pasiva necesarias para este objeto arquitectónico, obteniendo así una propuesta de diseño que contemplará todas estas estrategias para así el objeto cumpla con la accesibilidad de cada usuario, funcionalidad del espacio y confort que brinden los espacios de alojamiento propiamente dichos.

The following investigation was carried out with the objective of designing a university residence for foreign students of the Universidad Privada Del Norte, since there is no university residence in Trujillo itself that meets all the necessary building parameters and criteria and it is known that there are a growing students who are not from the city and with much more reason the lack of housing becomes evident near this educational-university center, that is why the main objective is to determine how it influences the passive natural lighting strategies applied in accommodation spaces and complementary services of a residence. For this reason, the passive natural lighting strategies necessary for this architectural object were further investigated, thus obtaining a design proposal that will contemplate all these strategies so that the object complies with the accessibility of each user, space functionality and comfort. that provides the accommodation spaces themselves.
