The general objective of this work was to determine the effect of the implementation of lean manufacturing tools on productivity in the company through the use of lean manufacturing tools such as Kanban, 5'S, TPM and Training Plan as a support tool for the others. As a specific objective, in the first instance, the current situation of the company in the productive areas was diagnosed through an Ishikawa Diagram, with the purpose of identifying the most critical problems of the company and thus implementing improvement tools for said causes. Among the main root causes are: a lack of order and cleanliness in the work areas, a lack of a preventive maintenance plan, a lack of a training plan and a lack of production procedures, which brought an annual loss to the company. company of S/. 34,085.81, which by implementing the improvement proposal reduces said loss to S/. 5,771.26, generating an economic benefit of S/. 28,314.56, reducing the economic loss by 83%. Through the use of lean manufacturing tools such as Kanban, 5'S, TPM and Training Plan as a support tool for the others, it is possible to increase productivity in the company by 98.6%. Finally, an economic evaluation was developed, resulting in a NPV of S/. 26,858.27, an IRR of 62%, a PRI of 2.39 years and a B/C of 2.27, demonstrating that the improvement proposal is profitable to implement.
