Gestión de productividad de camiones CAT y movimiento de mineral mina Pierina, Huaraz

Abstract

El problema que trata la presente investigación fué el desconocimiento de la relación de Gestión de la productividad de Camiones CAT en el Movimiento de materiales en la Mina Pierina Huaraz 2017. Se propuso como objetivo general determinar la relación de la Gestión de la productividad de Camiones CAT en el Movimiento de material en la Mina; la hipótesis planteada fue que la Gestión de la productividad de Camiones CAT se relaciona positivamente en el Movimiento de material en la Mina. La investigación fué del tipo descriptiva no experimental, se aplicó encuesta. La población y muestra fueron 28 técnicos de mantenimiento mina encuestados sobre la relación de productividad de 12 camiones Caterpillar. Se concluyó que hubo relación positiva baja de Gestión de la productividad de Camiones CAT en el Movimiento de materiales en la Mina Pierina Huaraz 2017 (r = 0.300493). Se concluyó que existió relación positiva baja de Gestión de la productividad de Camiones CAT en la disponibilidad de camiones en la Mina (rs = 0.319992). Que existió relación positiva baja de Gestión de la productividad de Camiones CAT en la eficiencia de los camiones en la Mina (rs = 0.315203). Que existió relación positiva baja de Gestión de la productividad de Camiones CAT en el transporte de material en la Mina Pierina Huaraz 2017 (rs = 0.337438). Que existió relación positiva baja de Gestión de la productividad de Camiones CAT en la productividad de los camiones en la Mina Pierina Huaraz 2017 (rs = 0.213670)

The problem discussed by this research was the ignorance of the relation of CAT Truck Productivity Management on the Material Movement at the Pierina Huaraz Mine 2017. It was proposed as a general objective to determine the relation of CAT Truck Productivity Management on the Material Movement in the Mine; the hypothesis raised was that CAT Truck Productivity Management has a positive impact on the Material Movement in the Mine. The research was of the correlational type, survey was applied. The population and sample were 12 CAT trucks. It was concluded that there was a low positive relation of CAT Truck Productivity Management in the Material Movement at the Pierina Huaraz Mine 2017 (Spearman correlation index rs = 0.300493. It was concluded that there was a low positive relation of CAT Truck Productivity Management on the availability of trucks in the Mine (rs x 0.319992). That there was low positive relation of CAT Truck Productivity Management on the efficiency of trucks in the Mine (rs x 0.315203). That there was low positive relation of CAT Truck Productivity Management in the transport of material at the Pierina Huaraz Mine 2017 (rs x 0.337438). That there was low positive relation of CAT Truck Productivity Management on truck productivity at Pierina Huaraz Mine 2017 (rs x 0.213670).
