The recent study had as an objective deermine the organizational climate and its relationship in the labor performance of the collaborators from a restaurant in Trujillo in 2019, having as a main question: What’s the relationship of the organizational climate in the labor performance of the collaborators from a restaurant in Trujillo in 2019? For this purpose, the methodology used was correlational, non – experimental and a quantitative focus. Also, we worked with all the collaborators, being a population of 24 people, therefore, we decided to use the same amount of people for the sample, being considered as a sample population. The instrument used to collect the data was a 20 questions questionnaire, Likert type. The main results founded were that there is a positive and moderated relationship with a 0.603 coefficient between the organizational climate and the satisfaction of the collaborator. The relationship between the organizational climate and the self – esteem dimension is not significant, instead, the organizational climate variable with the team work dimension is significant and moderated, with a coefficient of 0.410. However, there is no significant relation between the organizational climate and the training dimension. Finally, both the level of organizational climate and the level of labor performance are high. In conclusion, it was found that the relationship between the organizational climate and the labor performance is significant moderate, with a coefficient of 0.592 in Pearson’s correlational test and a significance of 0.002 (p<0.01), accepting the research hypothesis.
