Abstract: El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación se centra en estudiar los encofrados
plásticos en columnas y vigas con el fin de establecer costos y eficiencia, para tal fin
se realizó el estudio en la obra: Construcción escuela técnico PNP San Bartolo-Lima
Perú, durante su proceso constructivo, usando un formato de recolección de datos
en el que se consignó dentro de la eficiencia variables como acabados y tiempos,
mientras que para el costo se usó las variables de mano de obra, materiales y
herramientas cotizados por una empresa dedicada al alquiler de encofrados plásticos,
dichos datos se comparan con respecto a los establecidos por CAPECO para un
encofrado tradicional de madera, determinándose que los encofrados plásticos con
respecto a los costos aumentan el costo unitario en un 29.88% en columnas y un
10.89% en vigas frente al encofrado tradicional de madera ,respecto a la eficiencia
reducen el tiempo de instalación en un 44.44% para columnas y para vigas un
47.06% frente al encofrado tradicional, también poseen buen acabado(Liso) y buena
verticalidad.
The objective of the present research work is to study the plastic formwork in columns and beams in order to establish costs and efficiency. For this purpose the study was carried out in the construction: PNP SAN BARTOLO-LIMA PERU TECHNICAL SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION, during its using a data collection format in which variables such as finishes and times were recorded within the efficiency, while for the cost the variables of labor, materials and tools quoted by a company dedicated to the rental of plastic formwork, these data are compared with those of CAPECO for a traditional wooden formwork, it being determined that the plastic formworks with respect to the costs increase the unit cost by 29.88% in columns and 10.89% in beams in front of the formwork traditional timber, compared to efficiency reduce installation time by 44.44% for columns and for beams a 47.06% compared to traditional formwork, also have good finish (smooth) and good verticality.
