El formato de registro de accidentes de tránsito efectiviza el pago de la indemnización en Lima Norte

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar cuántos Formatos de Registro de Accidentes de Tránsito ha emitido el personal policial de las comisarías de Lima Norte a favor de las víctimas de accidentes de tránsito para el cobro de las indemnizaciones derivadas del SOAT; saber el grado de contribución y eficacia del FRAT. También, otro de los propósitos es determinar la frecuencia con que las compañías de seguros solicitan el mencionado documento a las comisarías de Lima Norte, a fin de realizar el pago de las Indemnizaciones derivadas del SOAT a las víctimas de accidentes de tránsito y/o sus familiares u obtener otro tipo de información. Por otro lado, esta tesis tiene un enfoque Mixto (cualitativo y cuantitativo) porque se desarrolló mediante información que obra en libros, investigaciones, Leyes, informes, etc. Por otro lado, se llevó a cabo entrevistas al personal policial de la sección tránsito de las comisarías de Lima Norte, quienes brindaron su opinión acerca del FRAT, lo mencionado por la Defensoría del Pueblo y lo regulado en el reglamento del SOAT.Y se utilizó un programa de software que nos permitió obtener datos que fueron contrastados con las hipótesis en relación con los resultados obtenidos de las entrevistas.

ABSTRACT The objective of this investigation is to determine how many Formatos de Registro de Accidentes de Tránsito have been issued by the police personnel of the police stations of Lima Norte in favor of victims of traffic accidents for the collection of compensation derived from the SOAT; know the degree of contribution and effectiveness of the FRAT. Also, another purpose is to determine the frequency with which the insurance companies request the aforementioned document to the police stations of Lima Norte, in order to make the payment of the Compensations derived from the SOAT to the victims of traffic accidents and / or their relatives or obtain other information. On the other hand, this thesis has a Mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) because it was developed through information that works in books, investigations, laws, reports, etc. On the other hand, interviews were carried out with the police personnel of the transit section of the police stations of Lima Norte, who provided their opinion about the FRAT, what was mentioned by the Ombudsman's Office and what was regulated in the SOAT regulations. a software program that allowed us to obtain data that were contrasted with the hypotheses in relation to the results obtained from the interviews.
