This research work describes the problem of the production process in the area of conditioning, in a Supply Chain Management company located in the city of Lima with address at 371 Los Eucaliptos Avenue, Lurín. This company is one of the most important in the management of supply chain and outsource service besides the fact that it has representative clients in the retail business. In the analysis of the production process, it was diagnosed that there is excessive downtime due to the use of an inadequate working method, which impairs the fulfillment of clients' orders, this generate cost overruns and additional expenses. The aim of our improvement proposal is to optimize the process under study, through the elimination of stops in the productive cycle and reduction of expenses generated by overtime; with the purpose of increasing quality, customer satisfaction and productivity. In this aspect, the continuous improvement methodology is applied, as well as the use of the line balancing tools, which are key activities since the assurance of the standard of quality, quantity and execution time will depend on them.
