The present investigation was carried out in the Urbanization San Isidro II Stage of the District of Trujillo, focused on comparing the structural response of a building provided with isolated footings considering and without considering the interaction soil structure, since Peru is located in a high seismicity area being essential to properly understand the effects of Soil-structure Interaction and stop continuing to assume that there is no dynamic contact between the ground and the foundation to guarantee the safety of structural elements and that of their occupants. For the development of the investigation, two dynamic models have been considered, the dynamic model of D. D. Barkan - O. A. Savinov and the dynamic model of the Russian Standard SNIP 2.02.05-87. The two dynamic models that are developed in the present investigation correspond to the diverse investigations published by Ph. D. Genner Villarreal Castro. As a result of the comparison of the embedded model with respect to the dynamic models, it is resolved that the periods of vibration and displacement increase, in addition the maximum axial forces decrease while the shear forces and maximum bending moments increase. Therefore, it is concluded that the soil-structure interaction allows a better structural response in the analysis of buildings and the greatest effect of flexibility in the foundation base occurs in the Norma Rusa model and the least effect in the dynamic model Barkan.
