The present study aimed to determine the relationship between human talent management and job performance in the company Zasal, Bambamarca, 2019. For the development, a non-experimental - transactional methodology was used, which had a correlational scope, in addition, the survey was used as a data collection technique and the questionnaire as an instrument, which were two made up of 20 items, each of the response options is on a Likert scale that ranges from totally disagree to totally agree. The sample determined was 30 workers through non-pyro-ballistic convenience sampling. The results were that 73% consider that the level of human talent management is very high and 97% work performance very high, the study determined as factors the level of staff forecast, level of organization, level of maintenance, level of development and audit level of human talent, likewise, a Sig = 0.010 and a Rho = 423 were determined in the relationship of variables, evidencing their relationship. It was concluded that there are three factors that present levels of significance 0.298, 0.57 and 0.093> 0.05 that corresponds to the level of provision, organization and maintenance of human talent, which shows that there is no significant relationship, unlike the level of development and audit level of human talent that have Sig = 0.001 and 0.00 respectively, demonstrating its significant relationship with job performance.
