Abstract: Actualmente, existe una problemática muy relevante que compromete a todas las economías del mundo, y está orientado en los principales agentes generadores de riqueza y puestos de trabajo: exactamente hablamos de las micro, pequeñas y grandes empresas. Éstas se ven envueltas en diferentes dificultades dependiendo de las circunstancias a las que se ven sometidas por cosas internas o externas que en ocasiones son inevitables; por ejemplo, la pandemia que azotó a la gran mayoría de organizaciones; especialmente a las micro y pequeñas empresas que se vieron forzadas a despedir trabajadores, lo que llevó a incrementar la pobreza en los diferentes países del mundo o a laborar en la informalidad, todo esto representa la principal problemática que se estudia en este trabajo. El objetivo de este estudio es determinar la relación que existe entre las barreras del comercio internacional y la gestión empresarial de una MYPE en Lima Norte, la metodología que se utilizó fue una investigación básica de enfoque cualitativo, y de diseño descriptivo; en cuanto a los principales resultados, se determinó que si existe una relación importante entre las variables planteadas; puesto que, esta empresa al momento de importar sus insumos del extranjero, y los microempresarios en su mayoría, se enfrentan a las barreras del comercio internacional, exactamente al momento de tener que pagar impuestos, esto hace que su gestión en la empresa sea más minuciosa para no incurrir en altos costos.
Finalmente, llegando a la conclusión de que las microempresas como NATBIO que gestionen de la mejor manera todos sus factores relacionados a sus procesos y logren ampliar sus mercados, incrementarán y mejorarán sus rentabilidades.
Currently, there is a very relevant problem that compromises all economies in the world and is focused on the main agents that generate wealth and jobs: exactly we are talking about micro, small and large companies. These are involved in different difficulties depending on the circumstances to which they are subjected due to internal or external things that are sometimes inevitable; for example, the pandemic that hit the vast majority of organizations; especially micro and small companies that were forced to lay off workers, which led to increasing poverty in different countries of the world or to working informally, all of this represents the main problem studied in this work. The objective of this study is to determine the relationship that exists between the barriers of international trade and the business management of an MYPE in North Lima. The methodology used was a basic research with a qualitative approach and a descriptive design; Regarding the main results, it will be considered that there is an important relationship between the proposed variables; Since, when this company imports its inputs from abroad, and the majority of microentrepreneurs, face the barriers of international trade, exactly when they have to pay taxes, this makes their management in the company more thorough so as not to incur high costs. Finally, reaching the conclusion that microenterprises like NATBIO that manage in the best way all their factors related to their processes and manage to expand their markets, will increase, and improve their profitability.
