Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes about preventive measures against COVID-19 in young adults between 18 and 35 years old residing in the Amakella cooperative - SMP, 2021. Method: Descriptive of correlational level, not experimental of cross-section. The population was 286 young adults, residents of the Amakella cooperative. The questionnaire was applied, validated by 05 expert judges with Aiken greater than 0.60 and the reliability with Cronbach's alpha for a level of knowledge of 0.884 and for attitudes of 0.764. Results: 97% of respondents rated a low level of knowledge and a bad attitude, 51% rated a low level of knowledge in the scientific dimension and a regular attitude, 72% rated a low level of knowledge in the empirical dimension and a regular attitude, 78% of respondents rated a medium level of knowledge and a bad attitude in the affective dimension. 66% of those surveyed rated a medium level of knowledge and a bad attitude in the behavioral dimension. Conclusions: There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes about preventive measures against COVID-19 in young adults aged 18 to 35 years residing in the Amakella cooperative - SMP, 2021.
