Objective: To determine the sociodemographic, cultural and biological profile of pregnant adolescents with anemia treated at the Santa Luzmila II Maternal and Child Center during the months of July - December of the year 2019. Material and method: This descriptive research, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, with a population of 110 anemic pregnant adolescents from Maternal-Infant Santa Luzmila II. For data collection, a data collection sheet was used and a documentary review of medical records was used as a technique. Results: Among the socio-demographic characteristics, the age of the pregnant adolescents with anemia is between 15 and 19 years, constituting 100% of the population, due to the fact that adolescents under 15 years of age are referred to establishments with greater resolution capacity. With regard to marital status, 65% are single, 66% have a secondary level, in terms of their occupation, 47% are housewives and 81% come from Lima. With regard to cultural characteristics, 73% did not receive nutritional guidance and / or counseling. Regarding the biological profile, it was found that 58.2% had hyperemesis gravidarum, 51% had a low pre-pregnancy mass index, in addition 53% were found in the first trimester of gestation and 50% had anemia before pregnancy. Conclusion: With the results obtained, it is concluded that there are multiple sociodemographic, cultural and biological characteristics that characterize pregnant teenagers with anemia.
