Implementación de instrumentos financieros para aumentar la liquidez en el servicio de montaje de estructuras metálicas, en la empresa SC Ingeniería y Construcción S. A. C en el año 2017, Lima-Perú

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue la implementación de los instrumentos financieros en la empresa SC INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION SAC, Dedicado al servicio de montaje de estructuras metálicas desde el año 2000. Para lograr el objetivo, participe activamente en el área y el puesto de jefe de administración de finanzas , elaboré el diagnóstico de la situación de la liquidez de la empresa, diseñe la implementación de los instrumentos financieros, cartas fianzas y buena ejecución de obra y la implementación de cobranza mediante las facturas negociables, esto con el apoyo de los funcionarios de cada banco con las que trabaja la empresa , con cada uno de nuestros clientes mediante el área comercial , y con la aprobación del Gerente General, implemente el uso de estos instrumentos financieros con la ayuda de los bancos, ya que cada entidad maneja algún tipo de formato en particular, y evalué los resultados de la implementación con la ayuda de los ratios financieros de liquidez. Los resultados obtenidos se vieron reflejados en el aumento de la liquidez a un ratio de 1.57 en el año 2017, generando mayor capacidad de atención a nuevos proyectos, financiado las inversiones de nuestros clientes en una coyuntura de crisis para el sector metalmecánica. La investigación concluyó en que la implementación de instrumentos financieros en el servicio de montaje de estructuras metálicas en la empresa SC INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION SAC, incremente la liquidez de la empresa logrando atender a nuestros clientes con nuevas estrategias económicas, a mejorar la capacidad de respuesta para la atención en los proyectos de montaje de estructuras metálicas, a disminuir el periodo de rotación de cobranza. Asimismo recomiendo la implementación de los instrumentos financiero para las empresas del sector de estructuras metálicas, en la que el proceso de cobranza; que depende de muchos factores como aprobaciones de valorización, aceptación en obra y entrega de dosieres de calidad y documentos administrativos y recorrido, disminuya de forma considerada en el tiempo y generar la liquidez necesaria para atender otras solicitudes del cliente.

The objective of the investigation was the implementation of the financial instruments in the company SC INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION SAC, Dedicated to the service of assembly of metallic structures since the year 2000. To achieve the objective, actively participate in the area in the position of head of financial management, prepare the diagnosis of the situation of the liquidity of the company, design the implementation of financial instruments, letters of guarantee and good execution of work and implementation of collection through negotiable invoices, this with the support of the officers of each bank with which the company works, with each of our clients through the commercial area, and with the approval of the General Manager, implement the use of these instruments with the help of banks, since each entity handles some type of format in particular, and evaluated the results of the implementation this with the help of banks mainly, since they are the ones that evaluate for the credit capacities and the liquidity of the company. The results obtained were reflected in the increase of the company's liquidity in 2017, to have attention capacity attending more projects, financed the investments of our clients. The investigation concluded that the implementation of financial instruments in the service of assembly of metallic structures in the company SC INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCION SAC, increase the liquidity of the company managing to attend to our clients with new economic strategies, to improve the capacity of response to the attention in the projects of assembly of metallic structures, to diminish the period of rotation of collection. I also recommend the implementation of financial instruments for companies in the sector of metallic structures, in which the collection process; which depends on many factors such as valuation approvals, acceptance on site and delivery of quality dossiers and administrative documents and travel, decrease in a considered manner in time and generate the liquidity necessary to meet other requests of the client.
