Uso de materiales aislantes para el confort térmico aplicado al diseño de un resort 5 estrellas El Puerto Morin-Virú

Abstract

El proyecto es un Resort 5 estrellas en Puerto Morín, Virú que se enfoca en el uso de materiales aislantes como la lana de roca y la madera para que llegue a brindar un confort térmico en sus ambientes, sobretodo en la zona de alojamiento, para las mejores condiciones de habitabilidad para el fin del alojamiento. Se escogió en la Libertad, en específico Puerto Morín, Virú por contar área libre sin una gran urbe cerca y en especial para desarrollas otras playas en la costa de La Libertad. Está contando también con una gran orilla de playa virgen, flora y fauna de la costa, brindándonos unas muy buenas condiciones climáticas, paisajísticas para el desarrollo o practica de diferentes actividades como caminatas, excursión al cerro Prieto y pesca, surf, etc. Con ello no es solo la necesidad de un centro de recreación, como es un Resort o la afluencia de turista, sino también tiene el fin de impulsar donde está localizado, preservando el ambiente y dando pie a que otras actividades u proyectos tomen la zona como propuesta. La propuesta plantea que se llegue al confort térmico, gracias a los materiales y también con el uso de estrategias de diseño como la volumetría curva, uso y plantación de palmeras y flora del lugar para refrescar y dar sombra a ambientes, la orientación de los ingresos y las canchas de deportes, zona social y demás, ventanas cruzadas, etc. con esto se conforme una relación entre el proyecto del resort y la naturaleza de la playa.

The project is a 5 star Resort in Puerto Morín, Virú that focuses on the use of insulating materials such as rock wool and wood to provide thermal comfort in their environments, especially in the accommodation area, for better conditions of habitability for the purpose of accommodation. It was chosen in Libertad, in specific Puerto Morín, Virú for counting free area without a big city nearby and especially for developing other beaches on the coast of La Libertad. It is also counting on a large virgin beach shore, flora and fauna of the coast, giving us very good weather conditions, landscape for the development or practice of different activities such as hiking, excursion to Cerro Prieto and fishing, surfing, etc. This is not only the need for a recreation center, such as a Resort or the influx of tourists, but also to promote where it is located, preserving the environment and giving rise to other activities or projects to take the area as proposal. The proposal proposes that thermal comfort be achieved, thanks to the materials and also with the use of design strategies such as curved volumetry, use and planting of palm trees and local flora to refresh and shade environments, the orientation of income and the sports fields, social area and others, cross windows, etc. With this a relationship between the project of the resort and the nature of the beach is established.
