The research work is based on the design of a strategic management model and its influence on the provision of health services of the Non-Governmental Organization “Caminando Hacia Ti“. Based on reviewed backgrounds that show positive impacts in companies where they were applied, referencing accurate information, reviewed by experts about the topics covered by the variables of this research and in the design of the methodology for the development of the strategic management model, which has been included in the situational analysis of the organization, supported by an experimental investigation through a survey that was carried out with a sample of 30 beneficiaries, to measure the perception about the provision of health services offered by the NGO. The results of this were validated by the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, resulting in a 0.744 reliability. Subsequently, strategies, strategic objectives, indicators and action plans were elaborated and selected for each strategy to finally elaborate the balanced scorecard and allow to have control of the objectives set out in the strategic model. The cost of implementing the model calculated in 3 years resulted in a VAN of S / .29,878.65, TIR of 80%, IR of 1.59, B/C of 1.44 times. Indicating that the project is profitable. It was also concluded that the design of a strategic management model has a positive impact on the services provided by the NGO Caminando Hacia Ti, justified by the 13% increase in beneficiaries who strongly agree that the program of the NGO CHT is high quality. Finally, a medium and high percentage was determined in relation to social impact.
