The present work aims to determine the relationship between the variables of inventory accuracy and fill rate, in order to improve logistics services in a company located in the city of Lima, with a study carried out in 2020. The research methodology is non-experimental and correlational. Through statistical tools and the first four phases of the six sigma model, it is analyzed in a descriptive and inferential way, in order to achieve the general and specific objectives. The results will show that the variables and dimensions conform to a normal distribution, where the Shapiro-Wilk test is used, as it is less than fifty data points. After validating normality, we proceeded to analyze with the Pearson Correlation parametric test, as they were quantitative independent samples. Likewise, a greater correlation between the dimensions of inventory accuracy in units and the fill rate of units will be demonstrated. Finally, from the statistical analysis, it was possible to determine that, if there is a direct relationship between the variables accuracy of the inventory and fill rate, for which the general hypothesis of the researcher was validated, a fact that could be evidenced with the correlation coefficient R of Pearson, for 95% confidence.
