Propuesta y diseño de mejora en la gestión logística de la empresa inversiones El Amaro S.R.L. para mejorar el nivel de disponibilidad de materia prima y reducir costos

Abstract

RESUMEN La presente investigación se centra en el estudio de una propuesta y diseño de mejora en la gestión logística de la empresa inversiones El amaro SRL para incrementar el nivel de disponibilidad de materia prima y reducir costos. Esta de desarrolla a razón que, siendo proveedora del servicio de alimentación en MLZ, presenta gran incidencia de incapacidad de cubrir adecuadamente la cantidad de producto solicitado debido a rotura de stock de materia prima. Así también, es evidente los altos costos que la empresa maneja dentro de sí, ocasionando que su margen de utilidad sea bastante reducido y; por ende, su frecuente incapacidad de cubrir sus deudas con sus proveedores o terceros. Después de haber hallado el problema se tiene como hipótesis que luego de aplicar la propuesta y diseño de mejora de la gestión logística dentro de la empresa ya mencionada, se incrementará el nivel de disponibilidad de la materia prima, además de reducirse los costos que intervienen. Para poder lograr incrementar la disponibilidad del producto y reducir los costos se ha decidido tomar referencias de bases teóricas, con el fin de emplear las siguientes técnicas y/ métodos de investigación: Entrevistas, cuestionarios, observación directa, el cálculo de un pronóstico de demanda que se adecúe y aproxime a la demanda real de la empresa, la implementación de un software que permita el procesamiento acelerado de información como recepción requerimiento, ejecución de órdenes pedidos, actualización de data, control de inventarios mermas y/o perdidas; el análisis y evaluación de proveedores y método de transporte; cálculo de lote económico de pedido, cálculo de punto de re-orden, cálculo de plan maestro de producción así como el plan de requerimiento de materiales, asegurado suministros durante los periodo de producción de la empresa; y finalmente, redistribución del área de almacenamiento, las cuales han permitido demostrar lo antes afirmado Por consiguiente, se concluye que gracias a la propuesta y diseño de la herramienta de la gestión logística en la empresa Inversiones el amaro, se logra aumentar la disponibilidad de materia prima hasta un 99.9%, actuando también en la reducción de costos.. Finalmente se recomienda realizar un seguimiento constante de la investigación realizada, así como implementar un sistema de MRP II con el objetivo de que la mejora perdure en el tiempo y se aproveche aún más los recursos.

This takes place at a rate which, being a food service provider in MLZ, presents high incidence of inability to adequately cover the amount of requested product due to breakage of stock of raw material. Well, it is clear the high costs that the company manages within himself, causing his profit margin is quite small and, therefore, their frequent inability to cover its debts with its suppliers or third parties. After having found the problem is as hypothesis that after applying the proposal and design of improvement of logistics management within the company already mentioned, will increase the level of availability of the raw material, in addition to reduced costs involved. In order to increase the availability of the product and reduce costs, it has been decided to take references of theoretical foundations, in order to employ the following techniques and/ research methods: interviews, questionnaires, direct observation, the calculation of a demand forecast that fits and closer to the real demand of the company, the implementation of a software that will allow expedited processing of information, such as reception requirement, execution of orders orders, update data, inventory control losses and/or losses; the analysis and evaluation of suppliers and method of transport; calculation of economic lot of order, point calculation re-order, calculation of master plan of production as well as the requirement of materials, secured supplies During the period of production of the company; and finally, redistribution of storage area, which have enabled them to demonstrate the before stated, therefore, it was concluded that thanks to the proposal and design of the logistics management tool in the company investments the Amaro, increase the availability of raw material up to 99.9%, also acting in the reduction of costs.. Finally it is recommended to carry out a constant follow-up of the research carried out, as well as implement a system of MRP II with the aim that the improvement lasts over time and take advantage of even more resources.
