This present work was carried out in the city of Paita - Piura specifically in the Terminal de Liquidos Terrestre of the Tramarsa company, where the planning and construction procedure for the manufacture and assembly of a 5000m3 Tank based on the API 650 standard was carried out. To carry out the thesis, a non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive design was used, data collection was carried out with the technique of observation and documentary review, the instrument used was quality records, progress control, and to analyze the data was used using the MsProject software. In seeking to improve its ethanol storage volumes, the Terminal de Liquidos Terrestre of Tramarsa opted for the construction of a third tank with the same capacity as the existing ones. The planning and construction procedure of the 5000m3 tank with the use of new technologies, equipment, tools and quality maneuvers did not allow the reduction in construction time due to the delays that were caused by the stoppages given during the declaration of sanitary emergency by Covid 19. Finally, the planning and construction procedure was carried out for the manufacture and assembly of 01 Tank of 5000m3 in a total of 225 calendar days according to the schedule, complying with quality standards.
