Criterios funcionales urbanos de un terminal terrestre orientado a reducir el costo social del congestionamiento vehicular

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los criterios funcionales urbanos de un terminal terrestre y costo social originado por el congestionamiento, en la ciudad de Cajamarca, Perú. Con la finalidad de que se pueda reducir el costo social originado por congestionamiento, el cual ya es un problema en las zonas donde actualmente existen las agencias de viajes. La metodología a seguir es hacer un análisis mediante el estudio de casos el cual determinará los criterios funcionales urbanos, donde se analizan puntos como movilidad urbana, dinámica urbana, ocupación de suelo y topografía; tomando como punto de partida las bases teóricas que conforman esta investigación, por otro lado para determinar el costo social se realizó mediciones en campo para determinar los niveles de contaminación sonora y acústica. Durante el desarrollo de la investigación se evidencia que un terminal terrestre debería de ubicarse en la periferia de la ciudad en un uso de suelo comercial, en zonas de crecimiento urbano y en zonas de moderada pendiente con la finalidad de reducir el costo social. Así mismo la investigación tiene como finalidad proponer el diseño de un terminal terrestre que pueda albergar a todas las agencias de viajes. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between the urban functional criteria of a terrestrial terminal and the social cost originated by congestion, in the city of Cajamarca, Peru. In order to reduce the social cost caused by congestion, which is already a problem in the areas where travel agencies currently exist. The methodology to follow is to make an analysis through the case study which will determine the urban functional criteria, where points such as urban mobility, urban dynamics, land occupation and topography are analyzed; taking as a starting point the theoretical bases that make up this research, on the other hand to determine the social cost, measurements were made in the field to determine the levels of noise and acoustic contamination. During the development of the investigation it is evident that a terrestrial terminal should be located in the periphery of the city in commercial land use, urban growth zones and areas of moderate slope in order to reduce the social cost. Likewise, the research aims to propose the design of a terrestrial terminal that can accommodate all travel agencies.
