The present research generates contributions for the formation of an associativity by adopting an associative model to achieve the export of palo bean to the Panama market. Nowadays, the high competence of the production units has meant that small producers must apply and develop associative strategies to overcome their limitations of scale, increase production and marketing costs, have technical assistance and access to financing sources, achieve high quality standards for export and therefore a better quality of life for them. For this reason, the main objective pursued by this research is to analyze the most relevant model of associativity that allows small producers to export a product with competitive advantages to the international market, taking into account the study of factors and elements that make up an associative model. Currently the small producers of palo bean de Monsefu that have been working individually have faced several inconveniences, which sometimes they have not been able to overcome, because they do not have the necessary technical training, which generates a weakness in the development of their productive process and an unstable agriculture that is not in line with their expectations in relation to price and demand; from this reality arises the need to work together, helping each other to solve problems that individually have not been able to do it. This is why the study of a model of associativity of small producers more relevant that allows them to export palo bean to Panama, one of the main consuming countries of beans in the world. The type of research used was a Qualitative-Causal approach. In this research interviews and surveys have been applied to farmers, these instruments have allowed us to know and analyze the key elements necessary for the success of the formation of an association focusing in export. As a result of the analysis of the information, it has been possible to achieve the objectives of the research and the validity of the hypothesis that establishes: An Associative model of small producers of Palo beans in Monsefu - Chiclayo allows export to the Panama market. Finally, we have determined the conclusions and recommendations that allow them to improve and raise their associative skills with a view to the organization of producers so participate successfully in the national and international market.
