This research has the general objective of determining if the Emergency Decree for access to medicines for health emergency COVID 19 influences the inventory management of a pharmaceutical company in the province of Cajabamba, 2020. It has as its study unit the inventory, which presents 896 products in total, of which 47 essential medicines were taken according to the attached list of the mentioned Emergency Decree to form part of the sample to be studied in a company in the pharmaceutical sector of the province of In Cajabamba, the technique used to collect the data was the check list, taken as a benchmark of the regulations in question by means of check list cards for each study variable, which were designed, with regard to the Emergency Decree to through the Likert scale with 5 levels of response and for the Inventory Management Proposal variable as a transcript that had ratings of 3 levels in each dimension for processing and interpretation. The study was based on the qualitative - quantitative, experimental design, cross-sectional, explanatory approach. No reliability or Crombach's alpha was realized, because it was subjected to expert judgment. Microsoft Excel was used for data processing with the help of Megastat, a student “t“ test was performed. It was concluded that the Emergency Decree for access to medicines due to a COVID 19 health emergency does not influence the inventory management of a pharmaceutical company in the province of Cajabamba, 2020.
