This research thesis shows how the application of bioclimatic strategies allows the optimal design of a Renewable Energy Research Center in the province of Trujillo. For this, the choice of land is fundamental since the conditions of the climate were analyzed, achieving these to define the different bioclimatic strategies pertinent to the project. Among them, the correct distribution of spans and / or materials used in the construction achieving passive solar energy, and on the other hand active solar energy thanks to the application of solar panels on the façade and coverage to achieve electrical energy. Therefore, thanks to the application of bioclimatic strategies it is known that together they play a role in the design of safe, comfortable and efficient environments, through a good orientation, form and envelope, strategies of lighting and natural ventilation, photovoltaic panels, presence of vegetation, achieving an ideal design for users. Therefore, the results show that there is a natural relationship between the study variables since the passive and active bioclimatic strategies allow to project a sustainable architecture, because both answer to the use of natural resources by means of a climatic study, obtaining a saving of energy in a public architectural project, which in turn fosters the study and research of the resources that nature provides us.
