This research work aims to demonstrate how the per diem affect the budget execution in the rural agricultural productive development program - Agrorural period 2018. The research is characterized by being of applied type, quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, correlational design and inductive cut Also, the level of research is descriptive-explanatory. Given this, the data collection techniques of the survey and interview were used, whose main instruments used for such research work are the questionnaire and interview guide. The population is made up of 1367 people working in the institution, of which our analysis unit comprises of 20 workers between managers and administrators of the Rural Agricultural Productive Development Program -AGRORURAL period 2018. The respective sample consists of 19 of these workers, all of them related to the handling and reception of per diem, as well as the budgetary execution. Among the results it has been found that the per diem have a significant impact on budget execution in the rural agricultural productive development program - Agrorural period 2018. The correlation found is positive and high, with a Pearson correlation coefficient (r) of 0.868 (86.8 %), and with a bilateral significance level of 0.00, less than the maximum significance of 0.05 (5%).
