Gestión de inventarios y su incidencia en los costos logísticos de la empresa Oranfa Trujillo, 2018-2019

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la incidencia de la gestión de inventarios en los costos logísticos de la empresa Oranfa, Trujillo,2018-2019, el diseño de investigación es descriptiva. Para efecto del estudio, se consideró como población y muestra los comprobantes de pago, registros de compras, registros de ventas y guías de remisión de ambos años de la empresa Oranfa, utilizando las técnicas del análisis documental y la entrevista, donde se analizaron datos registrados en los diferentes reportes del área de logística para evaluar la situación actual de gestión de inventarios y los costos logísticos con el fin de obtener un diagnóstico. Para la validación de los resultados se utilizó la regresión lineal para determinar si tiene relación ambas variables de los años 2018 - 2019, dando como resultado que la incidencia de los índices de rotación de la gestión de inventarios y los costos logísticos de la empresa Oranfa resultó ser no significativa (t = - 0.30) y esto quiere decir que hay una relación entre la rotación de los inventarios y el porcentaje de existencias, por lo tanto es una relación inversa entre la gestión la inventarios y los costos logísticos.

The general objective of this research is to determine the incidence of inventory management in the logistics costs of the company Oranfa, Trujillo, 2018-2019, the research design is descriptive. For the purpose of the study, it was considered as a population and shows the payment vouchers, purchase records, sales records and remission guides for both years of the Oranfa company, using the techniques of documentary analysis and the interview, where recorded data were analyzed in the different reports of the logistics area to evaluate the current inventory management situation and logistics costs in order to obtain a diagnosis. For the validation of the results, the linear regression was used to determine if both variables of the years 2018 - 2019 are related, resulting in the incidence of the inventory management turnover rates and the logistics costs of the Oranfa company was be non-significant (t = - 0.30) and this means that there is a relationship between the inventory turnover and the percentage of inventory, therefore it is an inverse relationship between inventory management and logistics costs.
