This research entitled “COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS BETWEEN THE EMMEDUE CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM AND THE CONVENTIONAL MASONRY SYSTEM FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE-FAMILY SOCIAL HOUSING, LIMA METROPOLITANA, 2020“. Its general objective of study is to determine the viability between the EMMEDUE construction system and the conventional masonry system. For this, an objective comparison between both construction systems was carried out, in which comparisons were made in the dimensions of the structure, architecture and electrical and sanitary installations, contrasting the technical characteristics between both construction systems; As well as the economic analysis, the respective analysis of unit prices applied to a two-story single-family social housing project with 60 m2 was carried out. The results obtained show that the EMMEDUE system is 25% cheaper and 23% faster constructively, thus demonstrating its competitiveness, economic viability and efficiency in work execution times applied to the construction of single-family social housing. Thus giving a low-cost housing constructive alternative that can replace the conventional masonry system.
