Propuesta de implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la Ley N° 29783 para reducir el riesgo de accidentes laborales, en la empresa Industria del Jebe Movilic E.I.R.L., Lima, 2017

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objeto de estudio a la empresa INDUSTRIA DEL JEBE MOLIVIC E.I.R.L. que pertenece al sector industrial, la cual cuenta con problemas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, el cual trae como consecuencia accidentes laborales y sobrecostos de dicha empresa. El proyecto presentado tiene como con fin proponer un sistema de gestión de seguridad seguridad y salud en el trajo, que contribuya a la disminución de accidentes y al sobrecosto económico que conlleva. Es por ello que de acuerdo a lo establecido en el artículo N° 37 de la ley 29783, su modificatoria la ley 30222 y el RM 050-2013 TR, se deberá comenzar con la elaboración de la línea base, para saber la realidad actual de la empresa. Se elaborará la Identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos laborales (IPER), el cual ayuda a los trabajadores de cada área a saber cómo evitar los accidentes y riesgos laborales, se creará el comité de seguridad a fin de realizar las capacitaciones de seguridad y el cumplimiento de las políticas de seguridad. Con la implementación del Sistema de Gestión y Seguridad en el Trabajo, se reducirá los accidentes, riesgos y los sobrecostos para la empresa INDUSTRIA DEL JEBE MOLIVIC E.I.R.L. De esta forma se fomentará ambientes seguros y aumentará la productividad de los trabajadores.

The present research project has as object of study the company INDUSTRIA DEL JEBE MOLIVIC E.I.R.L. that belongs to the industrial sector, which has problems of safety and health at work, which results in accidents at work and cost overruns of that company. The project presented aims to propose a security management system safety and health in the delivery, which contributes to the reduction of accidents and the economic cost overruns that it entails. That is why, according to what is established in the article N ° 37 of the law 29783, its amendment to the law 30222 and RM 050-2013 TR, it will be necessary to start with the preparation of the baseline, to know the current reality of the company. The Hazard Identification and Occupational Risk Assessment (IPER) will be developed, which helps the workers in each area to know how to avoid accidents and occupational hazards, the safety committee will be created in order to carry out the safety training and the compliance with security policies. With the implementation of the Work Management and Safety System, accidents, risks and cost overruns will be reduced for the company INDUSTRIA DEL JEBE MOLIVIC E.I.R.L. This will promote safe environments and increase the productivity of workers.
